Shamrock shakes are so fun and refreshing. To me, they are one of the many symbols that spring is coming.
If you don’t know what a shamrock shake is, it is a completely American creation. Although its history is somewhat debated, it was invented by Mcdonald’s and has been making people happy and minty on and off for decades. Like many seasonal items, the Shamrock Shake has been known to disappear form menus for periods of time, sometimes even years. To make sure we are never without, here is a super quick and easy recipe to make your own at home!
