With chilly days upon us, there is nothing better than snuggling up under a cozy blanket with a freshly popped bowl of popcorn and a great movie.

This is one of the easiest recipes, made even easier if you have a popcorn popper. This is the popcorn popper I use most, you simply fill to the line at the bottom (or don’t if you want less) and then pop in the microwave for about 2.5 minutes.

Basic Salted Olive Oil Popcorn

The most delicious and yet most basic popcorn recipe around. Perfect for any movie night or just an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Unpopped Popcorn OR 7 cups popped popcorn
  • 4 tbl Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pop the popcorn however you like. I have this popcorn air-popper which I love, you can also just use a large pot on the stove or the microwave.
  • Once the popcorn is popped pour into a large bowl. This will be the serving bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the popcorn and toss to coat.
  • Add salt to taste and then enjoy!

Notes

Best when eaten right away. If you want to make for on the go just put the popcorn into a bag or travel bowl.
